So, what exactly are singing waiters?

Singing waiters are undercover performers who blend in as part of the catering, bar, or venue team during your event. Your guests think we’re just another staff member serving drinks or clearing plates, until (out of nowhere) we break into song and blow the roof off the place (metaphorically of course, we like our venues intact).

It’s the ultimate surprise moment! One minute we’re pouring Prosecco, then next we’re belting out Nessun Dorma, Sweet Caroline, or Shut Up and Dance, getting your guests on their feet singing, dancing, and creating the kind of memories that are replayed again and again on TikTok or Insta (yes, we’ve gone viral more than once, just check us out online!).

Who are Undercover Artists?

We’re a team of professionally trained singers with West End credits, UK no.1 tours, and luxury cruise ship contracts under our belts. Our team of undercover waiters have been making weddings and events unforgettable since 2015 (we can’t believe it’s been 10 years) performing at over 300 events every year.

We’re based in Warwickshire, in the heart of the West Midlands, but our secret singers are dotted all over the UK. That means our singing staff are ready to pop up at weddings in London, parties in Manchester, corporate events in Glasgow and everything in between.

At Undercover Artists, we’re experts in destination weddings and international events. We’ve recently performed in Italy, Greece, Portugal, Spain and France, and we’ve even got an exciting corporate event lined up in Mauritius.

Here’s the thing, flying us out from the UK is often more cost effective than booking local entertainment abroad. Especially when you consider the quality and experience you will be getting with our singing waiter masters. We sort our own travel, we’re easy to co-ordinate with (due to being in the same time zone) and we guarantee a show that will rival anything you’ll find internationally.

How it works

Booking our undercover singers is easy. Here’s our usual process:

1. You get in touch – Tell us your date, venue, and what vibe you’re going for.
2. We chat songs – We’ve got an amazing (and very very long) setlist, but we’ll tailor it just for you.
3. We go undercover – On the day we blend in with the staff (uniform and all).
4. The big reveal – We burst into song at just the right moment – cue chaos
5. Dance, sing, laugh – and watch your guests have the time of their lives!

We bring our own sound equipment, we also work closely with your venue and planner to make sure everything goes off without a hitch!
